I'M EVA

I’m a licensed coach with a strong background in movement and training, and a deep interest in how the female body works, not just physically, but as a whole system.
Becoming a mother added another layer to that understanding. It shifted the way I look at strength, recovery, energy, and care. It reinforced the importance of listening to the body instead of pushing it into routines that don’t fit real life.
Alongside movement, nutrition plays a key role in my work. I’m especially interested in how food can support energy, hormones, and overall wellbeing in women, in a way that feels practical, balanced, and sustainable.
Through FitFlow, I combine personal guidance, intentional movement, and education to help women reconnect with their bodies. Not by striving for perfection, but by building awareness, strength, and trust, step by step, and in a way that supports their life as it is.
